Journal History
Jurnal Indovisi was first published in 2018 as an academic journal dedicated to disseminating research in economics, management, business, and related social science fields. During its early publication phase, the journal served as a platform for researchers and practitioners to share theoretical and applied studies relevant to the Indonesian and global academic community.
After several initial issues, the journal experienced a publication hiatus caused by internal restructuring and realignment of its editorial and management systems. This pause allowed the publisher, the Indonesian Indovisi Institute, to reassess the journal’s direction, strengthen its operational standards, and prepare for a more sustainable publishing workflow.
In 2024, Jurnal Indovisi was officially relaunched with Volume 6, Issue 1 (2024), marking the beginning of a renewed commitment to quality, consistency, and broader scientific contributions. The relaunch included updates to the journal’s scope, enhancements to the peer-review process, adoption of open access principles, and improvements in digital publishing infrastructure.
Since its reactivation, Jurnal Indovisi has expanded its multidisciplinary coverage, embracing contemporary topics such as digital business, fintech, sustainability, public policy, organizational studies, and socio-economic development. The journal continues to evolve by strengthening editorial governance, building a robust reviewer network, and integrating technological improvements in submission and publication processes.
Jurnal Indovisi remains committed to providing an inclusive academic platform that supports knowledge exchange among researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students, contributing to the advancement of scholarship in the economic, business, and multidisciplinary domains.
